The short version

CPA Exam Lab has no accounts and no sign-up. Your study data never leaves your browser. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information on our servers. Like most free websites, we may show advertising served by Google, which uses cookies — details and opt-out links are below.

1. Study data stays in your browser

Everything the site remembers about your studying — quiz history, study progress, streaks, spaced-repetition queues, mock exam results, and trainer stats — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This data is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data permanently erases it, and you can review or delete it any time from the Settings page.

2. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display advertising, which helps keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
You can opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Apart from advertising cookies set by these third parties, CPA Exam Lab does not set its own tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics trackers.

3. Payments (Stripe)

Voluntary “Pay It Forward” contributions are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Hosting and server logs

The site is served as static pages by Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

5. Email

If you email us at [email protected], we will use your address only to reply to you. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your address with anyone.

6. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you on our servers, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete — your study data is under your direct control in your browser, and advertising preferences are controlled through the Google and industry opt-out links in Section 2. 7. Children

CPA Exam Lab is a professional exam preparation resource and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled — for example, by adding analytics or new ad providers — we will update this page and its “last updated” date. The current version always lives at cpaexamlab.com/privacy.
