Reproduction, redistribution, sale, scraping or bulk extraction, creation of derivative or competing question banks, and use of the content to train or fine-tune any AI or machine-learning model are prohibited without express written permission. Studying here and sharing links to the site are welcome and encouraged.
4. Data & Privacy
CPA Exam Lab stores all study data, including quiz history, study progress, streaks, and mock exam results, exclusively in your browser's localStorage. No study data or personal information is transmitted to or stored on our servers, and no account is required. Clearing your browser data will permanently erase your study progress. The site shows no advertising and sets no tracking cookies; the only measurement used is cookieless, aggregate analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in all content, but accounting standards evolve and errors may exist. Always verify important rules against authoritative sources (FASB ASC, GASB standards, AICPA official materials). If you believe you've found an error, please contact us so we can correct it.
6. Pay It Forward Contributions
“Pay It Forward” contributions are entirely voluntary gifts that support the ongoing development and hosting of CPA Exam Lab. They are not payments for goods or services, do not unlock any content or features, are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and are non-refundable. Contributions are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout pages.
7. Printed Books and Study Materials
Printed study guides, flashcards, and other physical materials are sold as print-on-demand goods: a copy is manufactured when you order it. Items bought here are shipped to the address you provide at checkout; items bought through Amazon or another marketplace are printed, shipped, and supported by that marketplace under its own terms. For direct orders, if an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us with a photo within 30 days and we will send a replacement; because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Prices and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. The printed materials contain the same original content available free on this site and are subject to the copyright terms in Section 3.
